I create spider webs out of the stock report and mutual fund pages of the Times.  The metamorphosed pages are a reflection on the tenuousness of financial networks. The fragile and transient quality of the cutout page, coupled with the spidery numbers, acts to heighten the precariousness of capital flows and market manipulations.  The spiderweb also acts as a metaphor for neglect, or even horror.
